The following Units are in the Donner Pines EAST Condominium complex.  These units are Lake FRONT Units, unless otherwise noted.  Please note:  OUR DLR#  and the Number above the entrance of each Unit ARE DIFFERENT.

SPECIAL NOTE:  Absolutely NO Renter boats are allowed at this complex.
 Other Association Rules:
        1.  Condominium units and all Association facilities including sun deck, beach area, dock and other common areas shall not be used in a manner that disturbs, annoys or interferes with persons using other units, or in their use and enjoyment of all the areas of Donner Pines East.  When you leave these areas remember to take your personal belongings and trash with you.  Space cannot be reserved by leaving personal belongings in these areas.
        2.  Residents and guests shall conduct themselves so as to avoid damage or injury to landscaping, buildings, docks or any facilities of Donner Pines East.
       3.  Parents are responsible for all actions and control of their children on the premises (California Code Section 1714).  We cannot be responsible for any mishaps due to improper supervision of children.
        4.  Please park ONLY ONE VEHICLE in the parking area.  All others must either be garaged or parked in the dirt area in front of the Donner Pines East sign, on Donner Pass Road.  This applies to owners, tenants and guests AT ALL TIMES.
        5.  Be considerate of your neighbors when playing your stereo or TV.  Quiet time is 10:00 P.M. - 8:30 A.M.
        6.  Guest Pets are NOT ALLOWED
